El Coro Ópera Guanajuato, fundado en 2016, y actualmente dirijido por Cristina Cendejas, ha participado en todas las puestas en escena operísticas de la compañía. A su vez ha mantenido intensa actividad de manera independiente, ofreciendo conciertos en lugares como, el Teatro Juárez, el Teatro de la Ciudad de Purísima del Rincón, Teatro de la Ciudad de Irapuato y el Museo Gene Byron, entre otros.
El Coro Ópera Guanajuato ha participado en diversas obras como: El Requiem de Fauré, Ein Deutsches Requiem de Brahms, Navidad Nuestra de Ariel Ramirez, las sinfonías 2 y 3 de Shostakovich, la Octava Sinfonía de Mahler dentro del Festival Internacional Cervantino junto a la OSUG y el Coro Del Bicentenario, La Novena de Beethoven y recientemente ha participado en Carmina Burana y Les Sirenes con la OSUG Compuesto de residentes del municipio de Guanajuato, los cantantes incluyen estudiantes, trabajadores y unos jubilados. PARA PROXIMA PRESENTACIÓN "GALA DE ÓPERA" The Opera Guanajuato Chorus, founded in 2016 by Kate Burt and currently directed by Cristina Cendejas, has participated in all the productions of the company. Apart from this, it has maintained vigorous activity in its own right, offering concerts of all choral music in theaters around the state of Guanajuato.
Highlights in their repertoire include the Faure Requiem, the Brahms Requiem, Navidad Nuestra of Ariel Ramírez, symphonies 2 and 3 of Shostakovich, Mahler´s 8th symphony, Beethoven´s 9th, Carmina Burana of Carl Orff and more. They have frequently collaborated with the OSUG and with the ensemble Valenciana. The chorus has performed everywhere from the Teatro Juarez, to the Mercado Hidalgo and the plazas of Guanajuato. Composed of residents of Guanajuato, the chorus includes students, working people and retirees from all walks of life. They come together for the love of singing, performing and community. El coro infantil de Ópera Guanajuato se fundó en el 2017 bajo la dirección de su fundadora: Kate Burt y César Iván Díaz.
Actualmente es una agrupación de niños y niñas entusiastas bajo la dirección de Lourdes Rábago (Titi). La meta es hacer música con sus compañeros con sentido de cooperación y alegría. ¡Los niños de hoy son los artistas y público del futuro!
